Cannot update HP on my computer

When I chose the HP option in my start menu and try to update it, I get an error message. Can someone please help me with this?

Cannot update HP on my computer

Ok you all you can do is to visit the HP support center and try to see the option on how to update your hp. Or maybe you need to restart so that it will update all the files you have.

You can try one of the following solutions:

1. Try updating via HP site – Go to HP.COM.

• Go to the search box on the right hand side, then type your exact model number or product number.
• Go to Software & driver downloads.
• Select your Operation System. Check it out.

2. You can download DriverBoost from here.

How to install DriverBoost?

1. First Download DriverBoost.

2. Click "Run" ("Save File" for Firefox).
