Cannot install Web Expression 3

My computer died on my at work and I got a new one, now I am in the process of installing all the software I had before. On my old PC I had Web Expression 3 which I am now trying to install on my new computer.  When I click on the setup file nothing happens, whether that be through autoplay or disc exploration. I have two different versions of the same disc but both show the same error. The trial version also does the same thing.  I have looked on the net but can't find anything…. any ideas?

Cannot install Web Expression 3

Hi Jason,

                This error may cause by an error with Windows system file, though your computer is new it may have system files that were not fully updated. You may want to check if the computer has completed windows updates. You may also want to check if you can have a downloaded installer instead since CD installation would come with the basic version and bug fixes may not be included.
