Hi there,

I have installed Kaspersky Security on my Windows Server 2012 and in Event Properties I found this error and also my antivirus is crashing very often. I have no idea about this error so can anyone help me to fix this ? I don’t have big experience working with Windows Server.

The description for Event ID 1 from source fladminserver cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with event.

Having that error obviously means there is a problem in the application and is also possible that your antivirus is already unstable. This problem may have caused by corrupted files. If Kaspersky still has plenty of subscription days left, try reinstalling the product. Uninstall it then restart the computer. Install Kaspersky back then update it. It should be running normally again.

To avoid this thing from happening again, make sure to check your hard drive for errors regularly. Microsoft Windows has a built-in disk checker to check the hard drive for errors. Aside from using Scandisk, you can also install other disk utility applications available on the web. One of such applications is PC Tools Performance Toolkit. It includes a drive diagnostic utility that checks the drive for errors aside from optimizing the computer.

If your hard drive contains errors that you are not aware of it can affect other applications and can result to damaging the files.
