Can I update new modules for zen cart automatically?

You can make update by just clicking the update button in the software and there is no such method that will update it automatically. You can run updates on daily basis. You can set task for updated however to implement your idea.

Can I update new modules for zen cart automatically?

You can keep a check for this update to perform like, as an admin you have to go to admin->tools->module manager, here you can initialize and call module installer that to automatically check and update your module database whenever the user visit for particular page inside the admin (like : module manager page).
