Can I sort Gmail by name or number?

I am new in using Gmail and I am trying to learn about it each day. And now, I need to know how to sort my mails in Gmail according to subject, sender, size and more. Do I need to use any programming codes to perform it? If so, please tell me the details and how to do it correctly.

One feature I often miss in Gmail is its ability to sort messages. By default, Gmail sorts emails by date, which doesn’t do a great job in organizing your inbox.

There is no facility for sorting emails by name, subject, size and sender. Consider this scenario where the sorting of emails can be very useful: You were on vacation, and on returning found thousands of unread emails, and now you want to see only the unread messages by your boss between the specific dates.

Can I sort Gmail by name or number?

Gmail offers a very handy feature to sort and to store your labels.

Labels are files that you can create and in which you can automatically store mails as they are received from certain criteria Such as the address of the recipient or the sender, the subject.

For example, if you subscribe to two mailing lists: A and B. You can create a two labels A and B, and to ensure that your messages are automatically placed in the folder that is provided to them.
