Hi there,

During the upload to a video I had this error. I have checked my Internet connection and is working just fine and I cannot understand this error. Any solution ? Is there a problem with Camtasia Studio ?

Hello Lorraine,

You are trying to upload a video to Screencast.com and it requires Internet connection. You cannot process the work without the internet connection. There is simple solution for this problem. 

Confirm that you are connected to the internet or restart your connection for better working. Once you confirm that your internet connection is working fine then you will not have such a problem again.
