Accidents may happen anytime and would break USB drives. This can panic us because it contains a lot of data in it. How to fix broken USB flash drive so that we do not lose our data and an expensive and useful pen drive?
1) REPAIRING A PHYSICAL DAMAGE
 –>First, remove the outer casing of USB using the screwdriver.
 Carefully see the solder pads and circuit board using magnifying glass.
 Cut one end of another USB cable with the help of cutters.
 Solder the four wires in the cable to the solder pad of your broken pen drive.
 Then connect the USB cable to a computer. Through this, you can now access your broken pen drive and save them to your  PC.
2) SCAN FOR PROBLEMS
 Connect your pen drive to your computer.
 Go to my computer. Right-click on the removable disk and then select properties. Â
Click on Tools tab.
 Click on check now.
