Blue-Ray DVD Player and NETFLIX Streaming using Linksys WRT45G

The Linksys WRT45G wireless router is connected wirelessly to two laptops and a Blue-Ray DVD Player. The DVD player gets disconnected often in NETFLIX streaming as the wireless signals are very poor. The two laptops connect without any problem. How can I resolve the issue?

Streaming videos online requires very fast internet connection speeds, and as you have stated in the question, the wireless signal at the place that you are very poor and that means that the internet connection speed is so slow. What you will need to do is to try moving to a place where the signal is a bit stronger so as to boost the speed of internet connection.

You can also try restarting the router so as to refresh the network settings and thus boost the speed of the internet. In case you have many devices connected to the internet at that time, and some are using it for bandwidth intensive tasks like downloading, you will need to pause some of them to boost the speed of the internet.
