Blocking a specific IP Address to prevent click bombing

I made a new website and I recently added  my Adsense account there. I just noticed a weird activity where in, my clicks are very high compared to its impression. I'm suspecting that someone is doing click bombing and wants my Adsense to be banned. I don't know how to play this game so I removed my Adsense in that site to prevent that click bomber from clicking multiple ads.

Are there any ways to block a specific IP address to prevent click bombing and the likes?

Hi,

If you have irritating guests, spammers, or site scrappers, you may discover it practical to block these abusers from entering your site content. You can block awful guests by IP address using an .htaccess file. It is a configuration file bearded by numerous web servers that permits for decentralized administration of web server. Its purpose was to agree to per-directory admission control, by entailing a password to enter the content. It manages director it is sited in and all the subdirectories beneath it. It's an extremely helpful attribute which lets webmaster to have power over how many features of their website. You can re-address page, modify extension, password guard directories and more.
