An BitDefender installation error occurred

Today I bought a “Bit Defender” 2009 license, but I am not able to run this program on my laptop (Laptop specification is Vista Ultimate with SP1). I have struggled to download and run numerous times but for all time I find the error which you can see at bottom:

Installer Information

The file "reginfo.ui" cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'bdprof.caf.AE3C3951_7A91_4185_B6E7_BA9F78BFE365'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

Remember please that I have a fresh hardware with comprehensive operating system, so I feel that there is something wrong in BitDefender 2009.

I have explored but did not find any answer to solve this matter.

I need help please.

Dear Nimrod Abbot,

After Reviewing your Problem I See that there some file missing in your Installation package. The missing file name is "Reginfo.ui". There many files missing so your installation was not complete. Please try to download latest version of Bitblinder antivirus-2010. Else you can use other antivirus as Kaspersky. Also you can use others Avast, Norton, AVG antivirus.

Hi Nirmod,
There is a problem with your installation package so you can’t actually use this as one or more file is corrupted. If you are installing from a CD then there might be scratched in your CD or it wasn’t written properly. And if you downloaded from the web then there is a problem with the downloaded files. Please download from the official site of bit defender which is safer.
