Sennheiser is actually known for its very loud and booming sound, with a distinct bass kick though may be pricey. It can be a very good choice for headphones aside from the very well known Dr. Dre Headphones. But, there are also below $100 Sennheisers that can justify and sometimes exceed the price you give. PX100-IIi has a very loud and booming bass (15-2700Hz) despite its light weight and a plus is that, it is foldable. It costs $50-$90.
HD229 costs $79.95 though not really has that depth for the bass unlike from what it said that it has that "deep bass kick", but it's okay for the given price. The single-cabled around the ear headphone HD429 boasts its aggressive noise cancelling feature that surprisingly costs $79.95 which is very cheap for such feature.
