It’s been too long that I am using my phone so it took several times to be drop on the floor. Seems the battery was still working. How long the phone battery would will be expired? Is it okay to charge the phone when it is not low battery? Does this can ruins the battery?

The life of battery for the average user is usually 1 to 3 years or more, it is depending upon your usage. In your case, you are using Lithium-Ion battery it is best practice to recharged as often as possible since there is no memory effect and do not overcharged.
And please take note that charging and draining it regularly may cause to shorten the life span of your battery.
