I used avast on my laptop for long time.
But now suddenly I am getting an error message from avast.
Please see the image and give me a good solution.

You need to uninstall Avast software from your laptop through Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs – avast! Free Antivirus or avast! Internet Security.
On successful completion of uninstall process you can get the same software and install it.
It will be ok. Though you are using Avast Antivirus you need to know that this program can change the behavior of other programs running on your laptop or manipulate other programs available on your laptop.
Actually the program has no visible window like other programs. It records inputs, monitor applications through Avast.exe.
If you encounter problems with Avast.exe you need complete install of the software again.

If still problem persists than you need to reinstall the antivirus with a latest version of it.
