Audio problem with Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014

Hi there,

I have Samsung Galaxy  Note 10.1 2014 which has this funny issue on audio volume level, when starting the device, the volume is very loud, then after running the device for a while, audio becomes so feeble its barely audible, What could be the problem? How do I get this device audio working fine?

Hello,

There are solutions for your problem.

1. Restart your phone. This might solve your issue.

2. Go to Settings >> Accessibility. Make sure that the option “Turn off all sounds” is not selected.

3. Go to Settings >> Sound. Be sure that your volume levels are correct.

4. Go to Phone >> Menu >> Call settings >> Additional settings >> uncheck “Noise reduction”.

Your problem should have gone now.
