Ask Toolbar Uninstall Error occurred

Hello,

Recently, I installed the software using Internet Explorer and the Ask toolbar was the app of this software. Now I am trying uninstall this Toolbar from the browser but could not fix this problem? I have spent so much time fixing this issue. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks.

The steps to uninstall Ask toolbar are as mentioned below:
1) Open Internet Explorer, click 'Gear icon', select 'Manage Add-ons'

 Manage-add-ons-option-in-Internet-Explorer

2) From the Toolbars and Extensions tab, select 'Ask Toolbar', click 'Disable'

3) Click 'Gear icon', select 'Manage Add-ons', Click 'Search Providers'
4) Select 'Bing'. Click 'Set Default'

 Set-bing-as-default-Add-on-for-Internet-Explorer-website
5) Click 'Gear icon', go to 'Internet Options', Click 'General' tab
6) Click 'Use Default' button to restore Internet
7) Restart the system

Ask toolbar is now hard to remove because of its new futures it is hard to uninstall even if there is many way to remove it, sometimes it says removal successful but it still run or appear again.  try uninstalling it manually . Go to control panel add or remove program and manually uninstall ask toolbar.
