Are there ready-made codes in jcreator of payroll system free of use?

I am currently taking a degree in Information Technology right now and part of the course requirement is to produce a payroll system made on jcreator – which I am not very familiar with, but I am knowledgeable in the JAVA language. Are there already ready-made codes in jcreator of payroll system that is free for reviewing and use? So that I would have a basis of what I would be dealing with on the duration of the study to complete this course requirement of mine.
