Application Installation from USB error

Hi all,

When I am trying to download or install any application from USB disk an error occurred. This happens when I am trying to transfer data from the system to USB disk. So Absolutely I am not able to access the USB disk. How to solve this error? I need to configure the connection to USB disk or it is set default? Help Please.

Application Installation from USB error

Hello,

Most likely your issue is arising because multiple terminals that have been installed have not been assigned different Device ID.

To solve this issue, you have to assign different Device IDs to different terminals before downloading the transaction logs from the terminal. The Device ID assigned at the terminal have to be as same as the TCMv2 software.

In order to configure different Device ID in the terminal, go to Menu >> Option >> Comm. Option >> Dev num. Give different IDs to different terminals.
