I am using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from the couple of months. It went well however today when I give a command for printing. It gives me an error which you can see below in the attached image. What should I do now? Can anybody help me?

Applicant Tracking system

Problem: The Applicant Tracking system seems to have lost communication with the printer.

To solve this problem, make sure that the printer is switched on, and try to print again.

If printing still fails. try wiggling the cable that runs between the computer and the printer. Make sure the cable is connected securely at both ends, and try to print again.

If the program still fails to print properly, please call Joe Grant at (212) 5551212, and tell him that the program is reporting Error ATSPFI35 at line 31 in module PRNFNC.

Hi there

I have read the question of yours identified the problem causes because of the communication error between the PC and the printer in order to avoid this u need to try several methods

1st Check the cable whether it has been plugged properly both side (printer & PC)

2nd Check the Power is coming to the Printer properly

3rd Make sure you have no issues with electricity, because if the exact power printer need is not available the printer will give this error

4th Make sure the printer software are properly installed and configured

5th Make sure the software version is compatible with your windows version

Best of Luck

Thank You..!!

The image error shows some suggestion on how you can fix the issue. Try checking on the cables connected with the printer and your computer if its properly connected. Also, ensure that the power cord is also connected and the printer is already switch to on. If this doesn't help, reinstall the driver for your printer. Just remove the current driver and the insert the installation disk of your printer and run it on your computer.

If you don't have the installation disk, just go to your printer's manufacturer website and download the software and all the updates. And then restart your computer and the printer and see if it will work again.
