Any network management software for home network ??

Can you give me any suggestion? I have 3 computers in home network and I want a network management software for home network so that I can manage it remotely.

There are thousands of free softwares to manage your home network, but here are the ones I personally use and would recommend:

Xenoss

Vollectd (this is a great manager but a bit difficult to use)

Cacti

Nagios

Monit (this one is easy and great)
