I have recently working on theme designer for windows XP I have all templates and files for arrows designs and but I want to add amiga workbench cursor icon or psd and jpeg files or some package for icons

First of all, I have to say I really love your idea!
The Amiga was a really popular OS and cursors can easily be found with a simple Google search. You will get plenty of results with a free cursors saved in whatever extension you'd like to have. You can also visit some of the icon storage sites, such as IconArchive, and perform your search there to find what you are looking for.
