I'm using Outlook Exchange and I noticed that all my friend's emails go to spam. I haven't made any rules to cause his emails to be marked as spam. I have also checked the spam filter triggers and I don't think it's the problem. Is there anything I can do to rectify this issue? Thanks in advance.
All emails sent by a friend are marked as ‘SPAM’
If it's just that one contact, then manually add them to your safe sender list.
On the home tab, go to Junk > Junk Email Options… And select the 2nd tab, "Safe Senders." Add their email and it will now go straight to your inbox.
If this is happening with other people, there are more options on that tab to safe entire domains.
