Hi techyv,

All about Linux animated gif convert to swf file. I have a photo editing business here in our place but some customers or clients are requesting to add some feature into my business such as video editing and graphical animation. I was just thinking that they are right, I have to venture in animation. I need some advice on what best software to make some animation conversion like gif to swf file which is compatible with Linux OS.

All about Linux animated gif convert to swf file.

SWFTools is a software package that contains many converting programs like pdf to swf, jpeg to swf, png to swf, gif to swf etc.
SWFTools is compatible with Linux.  This software can be downloaded from their website swftools.org its size is around 25 MB.
Gif to swf converter converts gif files to swf ,it can also convert animated gif files.

All about Linux animated gif convert to swf file.

Hi Mia,

there are several tools available to convert animated GIF to SWF on Linux.

One such tool is gif2swf. This can be downloaded from www.swftools.org.

Its interface is based on command line , so you have to have some basic knowledge of linux to install the software on linux OS. Its available for both 32 bit and 64 bit Linux operating systems.
