Hi,

I want to inquire about flash player. What is a flash player? Does it have a policy regarding security and privacy? If yes, is one entitled to follow it? Do I need to buy other software or just download from an official website? When I turned on my computer, it prompted a message that there was a new available version of flash player. What do I need to do?

Adobe Flash Player is a plugin use to view multimedia, games, streaming video and audio in a web browser application (like Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari and other web browser applications) or on selected mobile devices. You can use it for free by downloading it at the Official website. You should always update your flash player when there is a newer release version as it can improve the quality of your videos, game and other graphic related multimedia at using your web browser.

Hello jack,

Flash player is kind of freeware. It works as a plug-ins also. It has some company policies but those are not that really so much complicated. You don’t have to buy it. So you just can download it and enjoy the software.

I think you are using some kind of downloader in your computer, if so then this kind of message is very usual. If you have installed any flash player in your computer already installed than it might ask for downloading the new version. Then you can choice to either download it or not. But my suggestion is if your flash player version is just one or two of the previous version than it is not mandatory. Although you can do download it.
