Hello experts,

I want to get a free iis downloads. Share with me your download and installation experiences to make it a successful one in my case. I am using windows 2000 operating system and I hope that iis download will be compatible in my current operating system. I am looking forward for your help.

IIS stands for Internet Information Services. Its former name is Internet Information Server. This web server application tool which is very important in the products of family server.

You can have a free download of IIS in this link. This provides you a free download of ISS kit tools 2003 which is compatible to your Windows 2000 Operating system.

You can also have another download in this.

Hi,

IIS 5.0 – is associated with Windows 2000 and it is normally shipped with Windows 2000 OS. So you can find it in the CD of 2000 OS. Also you can go to these links to download the IIS 5.0.

Hello Travis Nelson,

 

Installing IIS:

In your Control Panel, open the Add/ Remove Programs.

On its left side Click Add/Remove Windows Components.

And then select Internet Services (IIS)

 

Its installed already.
