Alien arena no sound xp problem

I have recently downloaded alien or an for my PC but I am very upset that I don't go well the problem is that its' run on my PC fine but there is no sound or music during playing I have tried all things but I am unable to get any solutions yet please provide some proper solution for alien arena no sound XP problem or provide me some references.

Alien arena no sound xp problem

Hello Audrey,

Sometimes when installing a program it might be corrupted due to the download.

I would suggest that you download again the latest version of Alien Arena executable from the official site and try reinstalling.

Before you continue in reinstalling follow the following steps:

1. Uninstall Alien Arena from your system.
2. Check for leftovers after the uninstall in the installation folder and delete anything you find.
3. Reboot.
4. Download the latest version of Alien Arena.
5. Install.
6. Update your sound drivers.
