Hi Gerry,

Actually whenever some of the individuals try to start updating their software, this type of error comes and this error message shows that in the updates there is some thing missing or may be some of the files are not a genuine or may be they are fake files. So those files create a disturbance in the updating of the programs.

Your solution is, that you can cancel out all updates which you did before and then again start those updates by searching out on the Internet and try to update them from a reliable source or go to the original site of that software and then try to update it.

Thanks.

Hello Gerry,

You will need to apply the update following update to your computer: 973879.

In the event that you have already applied this update and you are still having the issue, you will need to install the latest release of this update. To do that, you will need to visit the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en.

When you visit this Web site, the update 973879 will install instantly.

To add to that, Microsoft has also got this update available on the Microsoft Download Center. So you can go ahead and download this update from the Microsoft Download Center as follows:

For “0x0000007E” Stop error, the full error reads:

“Stop 0x0000007E (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED”

Users with Windows 7 and or Windows Server 2008 R2 may encounter this error and the operating system may crash intermittently. Note: the parameters in the Stop error message vary depending on the configuration of the computer and not all “0x0000007E” Stop errors are caused by the same problem.

This error happens because of a race condition triggered when a NULL lease handle is accessed after the lease spinlock is released. To fix the problem, a supposed hotfix can be downloaded from the Microsoft website but unfortunately, at the moment, this hotfix is no longer available. Instead, Microsoft recommends that you install the latest update for your operating system or upgrade your platform to Microsoft Windows 10.

For “0x00000050” Stop error, the full error reads:

“0x00000050 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)”

This error can also be encountered on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 and the operating system may stop responding randomly. Note: this error describes a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA problem and the parameters in the error vary depending on the configuration of the computer. Like with the previous error, not all “0x00000050” Stop errors are caused by the same problem.

The problem happens because of a pool corruption in the “Srvnet.sys” file. To fix the problem, install the latest update for your operating system because the hotfix for this error is no longer available.
