Adobe Reader could not open ‘3D_Model_Preciew.pdf’

Hello all,
I am not a technical person I don’t have in depth knowledge about computer, just a beginner. The problem triggered when I try to open a PDF from the Web and same error appeared when I try to open a different PDF which I got in the Email. But there is no problem with the PDF files in the hard drive. How to solve this error? Any suggestions please help me. Thanks in advance.

Adobe Reader could not open ‘3D_Model_Preciew.pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).
