Adobe program after effects error

Hello everyone I am actually a digital editing artist in an organization, and I am facing some problems that led me to this forum. I have recently started using Adobe after effects motion software, but every time I initialize it, I get an error on my screen. 

 

Dynamiclinkmanager
dynamiclinkmanager has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
Check online for a solution and close the program
Close the program 

Can anyone please explain why am I getting these errors? The ram preview option doesn’t work, or when it works it actually crawls. I have tried to resolve the issue by deleting all the preferences and also by reinstalling after effects. I also updated QuickTime player but still the problem persists.

Some help is required to fix the issue.

Adobe program after effects error

First of all Runtime error is hardware or software problem that prevents the program/software/application to run well.

This error might result you to lose your data. Some cause of this error is corrupt file. I would suggest to you to boot your computer in safe mode and see if the error still occurs. If you don’t know how to boot in safe mode, reference is Here

If the error doesn’t show during safe mode, the error is cause by non-Microsoft program or add-on from your web browser. The other method I would suggest is to perform the clean boot. This link will be reference for clean boot.
