Adobe after effects crashing when open the program

Hi there,

My Adobe Effects crashed once and since then this error appears every time. The reinstall is not helping and it seems like that I will never make Adobe Effects to work again. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? Why is not working anymore ?

If Adobe After Effects was working normally before until it crashed one time, try reinstalling the program. Program crashing can cause damage to files which results to file corruption. If one of the files included in the program got corrupted, the application may exhibit different errors and worst will never start again. Click Start, Control Panel then Add or Remove Programs.

Find and select Adobe After Effects then click Uninstall. When it is finished, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools then select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C then click OK. Check “Temporary files” and Setup Log Files, click OK then click Delete Files. Restart the computer then install Adobe After Effects back. See if this works.

Also make sure you are using it on a supported operating system. If you are using Adobe After Effects CS6, you should be running 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1. Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer supported in this version. Since you are using Windows 7, make sure it is running on Service Pack 1.

If you are not then update your operating system to Windows 7 Service Pack 1 [KB976932].
