Hi there,

I have this error when I want to open After Effects which worked just fine until this morning. I never had an error from Adobe and is a bit unexpected for me. Any solution ? Why I have this error now and what I did wrong that caused this ?

Thank you!

After Effects

This is an error within the program. Click OK to close the dialog box then start Adobe After Effects again. See if it works. If it doesn’t, close Adobe After Effects then restart the computer. Open Adobe After Effects again then see if it works. If you still get an error, try reinstalling. Click Start, Control Panel then Add or Remove Programs.

Find and select Adobe After Effects then click Uninstall. When it is finished, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools then select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C then click OK. Check “Temporary files” and Setup Log Files, click OK then click Delete Files. Restart the computer then install Adobe After Effects back. See if this works.

If you are using Adobe After Effects 7.0, try downloading the Adobe After Effects 7.0.1 Update which fixes several issues that were discovered after the release of Adobe After Effects 7.0.
