Hi all, I am looking for an iOS app which will allow me to add detailed comments / notes to a photo. I mean I want the comment off to the side of the photo when viewing that photo. I haven’t heard about such an app before but I am hoping there exists one. Thank You for the help!

There are a number of ways to achieve your goal. It will only boil down to how you will use it. If you're using it for Facebook, it comes in out-of-the-box. Comments in Facebook are called captions, which can be seen after you upload a file. Same goes if
you're sending this through iMessage, there's an option there for you to add a comment. Basically, it's just normal message that comes along once your picture is sent.
However, if your goal is to include comments together with the picture, I recommend you use Photowizard. It's searchable in the Apple App Store.
