ActiveSync errors when Moving mailboxes to different Exchange 2003 server

We are using Exchange Server and we are currently having issues with it so we decided to move our mailboxes on different server.

But we are receiving ActiveSync Error on Windows 7 phones.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hello,

The default Active Sync mailbox policy in exchange servers is that the WP7 (Windows phone 7) device cannot completely enforce.

The exchange client Access server will always respond to the device in such a case with an HTTP status of 449 whenever enforcement of every parameter within the Exchange Active sync mailbox policy is done by the device. All synchronization attempts will fail with http error most of the time, due to the current exchange ActiveSync policy

To resolve this issue, there are multiple ways, but the most common and easier way is to enable the parameters to allow Non-provisionable Devices in the active sync policy. This will allow devices to synchronize even when the polices the device can enforce do not match the Exchange ActiveSync policy parameters.
