I have been searching all the internet to find a solution for this error.

Can anyone through some light on how i can fix this issue?

Try repairing your Network Operating System. If you have created your RDISK or the repair disk before, you can use the RDISK to restore the original state of your Network Operating System or the Network server. The problem comes from the index; you can also try booting on network safe mode to fix some errors. Try also running CHKDSK to fix disk problems especially indexing of system files and applications. Also try using Administration account or any account that belongs to the group of Administrators this might solve your problem. If none of your administrators account able to do that, That’s the time you need to run the RDISK.
