I need to know whether there is any Acer Power Management download XP software that will impact in the brightness, the CPU usage of the computer.

There is an Acer Power Management Software for windows XP. The exe files present in the CPU after the software installation are epowertray.exe, ePowerEvent.exe, ePowerSvc.exe. The memory utilized by ePowertray.exe is 2.72 MB and CPU storage is 0.00381%.
The memory utilized by ePowerEvent.exe is 1.74 MB and CPU storage is 0.00435%. The memory utilized by ePowerSvc.exe is 1.95 MB and CPU storage is 0.00098%. This memory usage will not effect the brightness of the system.
