A media driver your computer needs is missing. Many people have faced this issue. Here is a trick for you –

Method 1

a. Insert the USB and start the installation.
b. A screen will come that will ask for the driver.
c. Click on Cancel.
d. The Welcome screen appears or the error screen.
e. Take your USB out.
f. Plug into another USB port.
g. Continue with the installation.
