How do I fix the message "500 internal server error"? I have tried the refresh button method. It didn't work. So, How can I solve this problem?

“500 internal server error”? How can I solve this problem?

This error is a type of server side error which actually means that there is some trouble with the website which you are trying to open but not with your internet connection or computer system. So actually this is not that kind of problem which you want to fix by your self. But you can try these tips for your good.

 

Refresh the website in your browser by clicking the button of refresh or the best way is to open another tab and write the whole URL again and check.

 

Sometimes you see this error in your regular website. No need to worry about it because it is a temporary error with the server of your website. Try again after some time. Hope the server will be in a good condition.

 

Some times it appears doing the processing of website. for example you are buying some product from any merchant and you see the error then you should be aware of repeating the process because there might be a case that your order is fulfilled twice

 

In the end you have to contact your internet provider or webmaster of that website so they can suggest you a solution according to your condition.

Faysal, the error indicated '500 internal server error' is not usually an error like the internet problem 'The page cannot be displayed' error. This is an error in which something in the website you are trying to view usually goes wrong and the server is unable to identify it.

The best solution for this problem is usually refreshing the page or navigating away from the website and going back some other time when the website is good.

You may also try contacting the webmaster to see whether he/she can help in any way since they sometimes usually have the idea of what's going on with the website. If this doesn't work, you may also leave the website for good.

A “500 Server Error” or “500 Internal Server Error” is a problem related to the website particularly the server and you have no control over it. It could be a problem with the page you are trying to access, a script on the page, or the server is undergoing maintenance. What you can do on your end is to wait for the problem to get fixed.

While waiting, you can perform some things to try to troubleshoot the problem in case the problem is with your web browser. First, try pressing F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page or CTRL + F5 to force refresh the page. If this doesn’t work, try clearing your browser’s cache. On your browser, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE.

Check “Browsing history,” “Download history,” and “Cached images and files” except cookie-related items and then click “Clear.” See if this works. If this doesn’t fix the problem, try using a different browser. If the problem continues, wait a few hours and try again.
