TO RESET YOUR SECURITY QUESTIONS
1) Go to www.iforgot.apple.com.
2) Type your Apple ID and then click continue.
3) Click ‘I need to reset my security questions’.
4) Enter the password.
5) Follow the onscreen instructions.
6) Choose any security question and answer them.
7) Now your account is secured.
TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD
1) Go to www.iforgot.apple.com.
2) Type your Apple ID and then click continue.
3) Click I need to reset my password.
4) You will be asked about your secret question.
Answer them and click ‘continue’.
5) Now reset your password by typing a new password.
