If you are having a hard time installing AppSpider on your computer, try restarting your machine then try it again. Be sure you are logged in as the administrator before installing the application. If you still can’t get through with the application and you still receive the forbidden error (403), try checking the system requirements of the application you just installed. It is possible that the version you installed is not compatible with your operating system. Verify that the application is compatible with your computer’s operating system.
You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit or Norton SystemWorks.
If your internet connection for your iOSÂ device is working and able communicate data, then this '403' error has nothing to do with your device.
This might happen if the server for the app access is down, due to lots of different reasons like there is a lot of traffic or the developer simply had to offline the server for maintenance. So in future if this sort of stuff happens again check out the official app profile on some social networking and you will get the reason for the server offline.
