On my desktop computer, when I use Windows XP Operating system, there is no problem viewing TV on my internal AVerMedia TV tuner Card. However,  when I use windows 2000 OS, the Realtek HD Sound Card does not work properly, when I'm watching the TV.

I can't control the sound from AVermedia TV soft. Is there any solution?

My operating system had some problem. So I re-installed it.  After re-installing of my OS. I updated the soft from Microsoft. When I checked the Add/remove list, they were not listed, as they always were before.

Is this a new thing or has something gone wrong? 

In my office there have some CC Camera which is used through a PC. We are able to view the CC camera by using internet Explorer 7. But in Internet Explorer 8 or letter we can't able to view the CC camera. It is not also support other browser which was tried by me. Is there any solution to Install older version IE than current version?

When I turn on my computer after sometimes it says remote procedure call service terminated or something similar to that. then it has a countdown clock that starts at 59 seconds and goes down to 0 and shuts down. It says the shutdown order was initiated by ntauthority/system.

I am using Windows XP. I try to log on to Windows Messenger. Such connection message is "The connection to Windows Live Messenger failed – The service is unavailable – Please retry later – Error Code 810003c1" in the screen.

I am not able to find folder option from tools menu in my computer. I tried from different options for find it but not able to find the option. If I want to get back folder option under tools menu what i have to do?

Yesterday we some friends worked in my friend's computer approximately four hours. Then I turned of the computer properly. But today when I tried to turn on the computer in the monitor a message was showing "ntldr file missing press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart the computer" I pressed that  button for three times but no solution.
