I was using the Windows Mail to make a reply on a Craigslist posting through their site, but I got a pop up saying that the transmission failed. The dialog box says, "pop server could not be found." I already set up my Windows Mail by that time just as how I have read from the instructions in other sites so as I can use it with my other mail accounts but still it did not work. Now, wehenever I try to send a message using Windows Mail, I get disconnected from my broadband service. What seems to be the problem in here? Please help me resolve this. Thanks.

Hello! I am having a trouble with creating folders in 'My Documents'. When I try to create a folder, an error message appears asking me to configure its emulator or its corresponding plug-in. I have tried configuring it but the program log tells me that updating of user configuration file has failed because access was not allowed. Whenever I turn it on, an error message keeps on popping up saying “This application has failed to start because AegisE5.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem”, and the only way I could minimize it is through the Task Manager. I was hoping you could teach me where I can find AegisE5.dll and how I can reinstall it so that I’ll be able to fix it myself. I am looking forward to your response.

Hi! When I want to install a new application on my Windows XP with SP2 I’m getting a message that tells me I need to install .Net Framework 2.0. If I go to the Microsoft website, I have the option to download dotnetfx.exe.
