I am just trying to upgrade XP Home to XP Pro and the setup runs fine but got stuck with 'Registering Components' in the 'Installing Windows' section. The following error displayed after that saying “INF Install failure. Reason: The parameter is incorrect”. Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi experts,

I have an Acer laptop running Windows Vista. Since I installed Rainlender on it, I get an error message whenever I start my laptop. It says Rainlender was not able to refresh the settings correctly.

Is there a way to solve this error without removing Rainlender?

I did not have any permission set on my computer and I left my sister with the computer for 2 days while I was on a trip. On coming back, I realized that there are some folders that I cannot access and when I try to open the error below pops up.
