What do we mean basically by the networking terminologies “open ports” in a router and what does the opposite “Closed Ports” mean?
What is the meaning of used or Unused, I also wanted to learn about, Vulnerable or non-vulnerable, I am exploited easily when so many attacks.
For those who are networking expert people please help.

I got the XBMC application loaded with no problem and it runs successfully on my first try. I also got the CNET add-on installed and checked out an episode of Loaded which played smoothly. But when I was trying to add sources, the HP SERVER that I choose for Windows Network (Server Message Block) could not be seen. I had no trouble seeing it before from XBMC on my HTPC. When adding add-ons, how do you scroll the list beyond the first page? For video add-ons, it shows 1/3 page in the lower right of the screen, but I can't scroll it beyond the first page. I tried using one finger then two fingers, but I still cannot do it. Can someone help me figure this out? Thanks in advance.

Hello there…
I need help in figuring out Network Address Translation (NAT) and Internet Explorer 6.
I have been looking for answers everywhere but I can’t seem to find them and I am hoping you could help me.
Anyway, here is my situation. I have two Windows 2008 servers, Server 1 and Server 2. I have enabled both Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 4. They’re set to static addresses 192.168.0.1. and 192.168.0.2 respectively.
Meanwhile, Internet Explorer 6 is set to fd00::1 and 2. The thing is, I suddenly could not find Server 2 and I found out that NETBIOS is disabled.

I'm lost when it comes to ISDN. Although I have been programming systems from Nortel for a long time, I am a bit 'lost when it is configured for ISDN. My limited knowledge could be quite dangerous, but I just do not understand fully what I'm doing. Here's my question to those who can answer:
1) What are the TSP? How many user IDs can be? Making TSP dedicated ISDN service completely? In other words, if two users want a single ISDN / all, I can program two TSP in the same DSL service, which separates two different users, or are somehow connected to the TSP?
2) The LD 27, I need to (1) Built-In DSL for each TSP account?

My customer is using Windows 98 and FrontPage 2000 cannot access the website I developed for a customer using Windows XP.
They get an error message reading that the website is not FrontPage enabled. I have confirmed that the site is indeed FrontPage enabled, since I can connect using my windows XP. Infact I can successfully publish to that website.
Are there any suggestions so that my customers using Windows 98 and FrontPage 2000 can access this website too?
