I have a problem with using the hotfix 4. When I try to install it, I get the attached error image.Error:

The WIN7-x64, .NET I am currently using is the latest version.

However, the programs cannot run after I installed this version.

All this is shown in the error message attached below.

Does anyone have any solution for my problem?

The Windows 7 I was using the past worked well with Titanium Security 2011 3.0 I installed without any problem.

Just the other day, I tried re-installing Windows 7 together with the SPI, but when I attempt to set up TMS 2011 3.0, it does not work.

My PC keeps on showing the error message shown below

I tried to reinstall win 7 with notebook's recovery disk, everything was OK. When display "Welcome" on the desktop, just before the icons desktop, display  "Logging off" and the notebook restarts and starts to cycles.

I have two user account on my computer, and I am using windows 7.

The problem is I forgot the password of the other user account that I created on my computer.

How can I access my other user account using the admin account and how can I delete the password on my other user account?
