A few days ago I had a problem that I found my advanced volume control is missing from Taskbar and then I tried to find the function in control panel>sounds,speech and Audio devices and then clicked in Advanced volume control and then I found a dialog box which is given below. Would you tell me how I can get rid from this problem?

I Generally use Firefox as my browser and I use the orbit Downloader to download and use Grab++ to download the video on YouTube. I have a serious problem with my Desktop computer that after downloading some file from the internet my PC shows some minor problem. I am an old geek, who has been using the PC for more than 20 years now. I have a middle range PC. Now my problem is, recently I downloaded a software named Nitro PDF professional. But when I tried to extract it, the message appeared that, Trojan.PSW.LdPinch has been blocked by my antivirus.

Now my question is what is this virus?

Is it really harmful?
