I got problem with my Virus Scan, and I tried to solve the trouble but I failed.

I used Windows XP Home Edition since 2006.Actually there are 2 problems.

The first trouble engages the Virus Scan updating software. When I tried to I boot my PC VirusScan would usually scan as well as download any latest updates available. And it worked very well, where it was downloading, but it cannot install, as well as this error always shows in thereafter:

I was trying to install McAfee SAAS on a Sony Vaio Z-Series. I was using Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and Windows firewall is off on it.

The Virus as well as Browser Protection is working very well, but my individual firewall is not controlling on at all.

I press the "FIX Button" but it is not solving the topic, nothing occurs, trying to switch it on "Product Details" but it is also not running.

Also in "Product details" I use 0 firewall engine version and in "Programs and Features" I use 5.2.3.104 firewall version.

This error message can be occurred due to a number of factors:

McAfee VirusScan

Some component of ActiveShield are either missing or might not have been installed properly. Please reinstall ActiveShield.

If you have started your computer in safe mode, please restart your computer in normal mode to enable McAfee VirusScan.

Simply a Setup Error describes a trouble where an application set up file is not loaded.

When I try to uninstall McAfee antivirus in an unacceptable way, the new edition of McAfee antivirus applications that depend on them are crashing.
