How will I troubleshoot my printer since I tried printing my documents but my printer is not detected by my computer? I used my printer last week and it worked unlike now.

I have a printer and there has been a problem with printing. The color bars are showing alright but it is not printing. I have tried restarting the printer returning the cartridges but it is no use. Kindly someone knowledgeable of this issue give me suggestions on what to do.

Im currently working on some Word Document the other day and when I was about to print my file, my printer wont print it eventhough there's still inks left. Because of this, I saved my file into a flash drive and asked my officemate to print it for me in the office. Afterwards, the file have been printed on the Office's printer.
