My laptop suddenly can’t locate my printer that I have been using since last year.

I tried to re-install, but it still won’t work.

My laptop seems to be dysfunctional.  It is the only laptop at my house and does not recognize our cable connection.  Is there anything wrong with it?  What should I do to rectify this problem?  Thanks in advance!

I encountered a problem using my newly installed Ubuntu 10.10 on my Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop. According to it, a firmware is missing. At the same time, my wireless network isn’t working too. I don’t know what to do about this. Kindly tell me, what’s the cause of the problem?

Wifi not working on laptop with windows 7 OS. I am using my Dell laptop with Windows 7 for one year now.  I don’t know what happened but the Wi-Fi connectivity suddenly stopped working.  I tried troubleshooting but it didn’t help.  Sometimes it connects automatically when I browse but it gets disconnected again, although the Wi-Fi I am trying to connect to works perfectly when connected to my iPhone.  Can you help me?

I am having trouble with my touch screen gateway PC. It always turns to a black screen and does not respond. I already checked the ports and plugs and also did some unplugging and then plugged it again to my computer, but it is still not working. I need to know the following:

·         What is the cause of this problem?

·         How much will it cost if I am to ask for assistance from a service center?

·        If I send the PC back to Gateway, how long will it take to fix the problem?
