Help please….my phone will not connect to any Wi-Fi, including my home network. I'm tired of using my data and when I call for assistance I am just told to turn it off and back on and it will connect. My wireless is turned on in settings. Please offer any suggestions because this is killing my data plan and I really need it to connect. Thanks for your help.

My phone actually feels "hot" to the touch at times. Usually if I have been using it awhile, but still the idea of it getting hot is really odd, and it is to the point it can be uncomfortable to hold. I'm concerned I am causing damage but at the same time I need to use my phone. Any idea what this could be or what I could do to remedy this? Thanks.

The battery on my phone drains extremely quick, to the point I almost cannot use it at all unless it is plugged in. I have had my phone less than a year so I see no reason why it should be doing this. I've tried everything I can think of to conserve power, deleting apps, I have no pictures/videos stored, and it just drains right away. What can I do to help this at all?

The display on my phone is acting "glitchy". One minute it will look fine and the next it will be sort of wavy/shaky. Is there any way to determine what might be the cause or how to fix this? I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. I tried deleting some apps thinking that they may be taking up space/power but that didn't seem to work. Other suggestions I can try? Thank you.

The camera on my phone will not work. It keeps freezing on me when I go to use it. I've tried deleting some pictures and also deleting apps but I can't seem to get it to work. I have a Galaxy S4. Suggestions or advice to troubleshoot this problem? I really would like to have a functional camera on my phone but I have no idea what could be causing this or what I could do to fix it?

I use Google Chrome as my browser, and I am wondering if it is the browser or my video card or something else. When I watch a video using Explorer, it seems fine. When I watch using Chrome, is shows choppy. Is there something I can do, or should I just settle with using Explorer to watch videos? Thank you.

Hello, when I put in a DVD and play, the audio doesn't sound right. I've tried different DVDs thinking there might be something wrong with the DVD itself, but it happens with all of my DVDs. I'm not sure what the issue is. Could it be an issue with my DVD player? Thanks.

I've cleared all cookies and removed my history, but for some reason I am still having issues with certain sites loading. Maybe it is something else, but I'm not sure what else I need to do in order to get the pages to load correctly. Any suggestions on what I may be able to do to remedy this? Thank you.

I understand that a laptop takes a lot of power and can feel warm, but my laptop actually feels hot to the touch. I don't think there is an issue with the vent, but there is definitely something happening and I'm getting concerned. I rarely actually use it on my "lap" but while it is sitting on my desk, I can feel the desk getting hot. What should I try first to see what the issue is? Thank you.

I purchased a new laptop and it randomly shuts down when I'm working. Sometimes it happens a couple times a day, sometimes not for a few days, but it does keep happening. I'm not sure what to do to troubleshoot before I would attempt returning it. I have tried restarting but at this point I'm guessing it needs returned. Any advice? Thank you.
