I have an old Samsung galaxy SII from which I would like to copy all my contacts to my new Nokia Lumia. All contacts are about 10,000 in number and are in the phone memory.  I can't have all these copied into my sim contacts given the contact limit of 250 phone contacts for the sim card. Is there another way that I can still transfer these contacts apart from the sim card?

I am using Windows XP with my desktop computer. For the last few years upgrading and replacing my computer is not a problem with my cell phone. Eventually I have problems connecting with my cell phone. It keeps on saying “device not recognized.” What is the main cause of this problem? My dad is trying to download an app from Google Play to use. But he needs to use some "white shopping bag" icon or download it to a Google Chrome book or something. I know little about Google Play or its apps. The person we talked to on support was not much help. Can you not play Google Play apps on a computer or do you need some kind of smart phone for that? I want to help my dad get his game.

I just bought a Galaxy S4 and I've barely added any apps, and I'm already close to being out of space. I'm not sure why this is since I just bought the phone and have hardly added anything. Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to update anything?  I'm not sure I want a phone where I hardly have any space but probably too late for that now. Suggestions please, thanks for your help.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I am getting a message "SIM card removed." I have been using the phone fine and I have not removed the SIM card, so I am not sure why I am getting this message? I don't want to cause any damage but I am guessing I need to really remove the card and ensure it isn't loose? Any other suggestions? Thanks.
