Hello, I have a desktop computer about 2 years old, and within the past month or so, it runs very slow. I have cleaned and scanned for viruses and it did find some and quarantined them, but it still runs slow, to the point it is difficult for me to get my work done.  Any suggestions as to what I can do to remedy this? Hello, I have a number of roommates and I have a feeling that one of them is using my laptop because no matter how often I clear it, I always seem to find viruses. Is there a way I can legally track what actions occur on my laptop and what times? I have confronted them but no one seems to be able to give me an answer if they are using it. I share a laptop with my roommate, and we want to turn off auto-populate because we are getting each other's information populated info forms, etc. I know we can go in and erase cookies, but is there any way to turn if off completely? We are trying to keep it clean for each other. Thank you.

A friend of mine does direct sales.  She was posting a photo she found online of the product she sells, and she was told she was "spamming". She was only posting to friends she knew and groups that she was a member of to promote her product. Someone suggested to her that she "edit" the photo – change the colors, add a border, so that it isn't considered spamming. Is that acceptable, or what would be a better alternative? She isn't posting to people she doesn't know or "spamming" but she doesn't want to do anything wrong either. Thanks.

I try to watch videos on my phone, and they always crash. I hear that I can use a different browser to do this, but I'm not sure if that is the issue or not, as I can't seem to get them to play at all. For instance, I will watch a video on Facebook on my laptop, but if I try it on my phone, it crashes. Any suggestions on what I need to do? Thanks.

I'm wondering what the best mobile browser is to use. I have an iPhone 6 and I typically use Google Chrome, but I am wondering what the other options are that would provide me with the best features. I've never had issues with writing to my DVD drive before and now it isn't working. It appears to be working fine but it isn't, every time I take the disc out and try to play it, it just doesn't work at all. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this. I'm wondering if I might have a bad batch of discs instead of it actually being the DVD writer?
